UUIM Privacy Policy
Important Notice: This Privacy Policy explains how Dashi International Group Inc ("we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, stores, shares, transfers, publicly discloses, and protects your personal information when you use UUIM, and how you may exercise your privacy rights.
This Policy applies to UUIM and related services. Please read and understand this Policy before registering, logging in, or using UUIM.
1. Scope
This Privacy Policy applies to the UUIM iOS app and related services. UUIM is an instant messaging app providing account registration and login, friends and groups, chat messages, image/audio/video/file sending, location sharing, QR codes, moments/social posts, audio and video calls, push notifications, and server address configuration.
If a feature is independently provided by a third party, or if you access a third-party website, app, or service, that third party's privacy policy may apply.
2. Information We Collect and Use
We process personal information only for lawful, legitimate, necessary, and transparent purposes, including providing product features, protecting accounts and services, and complying with legal obligations.

We generally do not require your postal address. If you voluntarily contact us by mail or provide a postal address, email address, or other contact information in customer support or feedback, we use it only to handle your request.
3. System Permissions
UUIM may request the following iOS permissions. You can manage or revoke permissions in iOS Settings. Revoking permission affects only the corresponding feature.

4. Third-Party SDKs and Services
UUIM may integrate third-party SDKs or open-source components to provide messaging, push, audio/video calls, media selection, image loading, and network requests.

5. Cookies and Similar Technologies
The UUIM app generally does not rely on cookies for core functions. When you open legal pages, web pages, or third-party pages in a WebView, those pages may use cookies, local storage, or similar technologies controlled by the page provider.
6. Sharing, Transfer, and Public Disclosure
We do not sell your personal information. We may share information only as necessary with your selected recipients, group members, push/audio-video/cloud/network/security/customer support service providers, or as required by law, regulators, courts, or administrative authorities.
If a merger, division, acquisition, asset transfer, bankruptcy liquidation, or similar transaction involves personal information transfer, we will require the new holder to continue to be bound by this Policy or obtain your authorization again.
We generally do not publicly disclose your personal information unless required by law or with your separate consent where required.
7. Storage and Protection
We retain personal information for the shortest period necessary to achieve the purposes described in this Policy, unless laws, regulations, regulatory requirements, dispute handling, or security protection require otherwise.
We use reasonable safeguards such as access controls, encrypted transmission, permission isolation, logging, security training, and vulnerability remediation. No internet environment is absolutely secure.
UUIM may connect to servers configured by you or by channel configuration. If services are deployed outside your jurisdiction, information may be transferred across borders, and we will follow applicable legal requirements.
8. Your Rights
Subject to applicable law, you may request access, copy, correction, supplementation, deletion, account cancellation, withdrawal of permissions, restriction or refusal of processing, explanation of processing rules, and complaint handling. You may submit requests through app settings, iOS settings, in-app feedback, or the contact address below.
Account deletion path: go to "Me/Settings - Security - Delete Account" in the app and submit a request. After submission, the account may enter a 7-day cooling-off period. After the period ends, we will delete or anonymize account-related personal information as required by law, except where retention is required by laws, security audits, dispute handling, or legal obligations.
Permission withdrawal path: you can disable camera, microphone, photo library, location, contacts, Bluetooth, and notification permissions in iOS "Settings - UUIM". You may also disable message reminders or other optional features in the app where available.
9. Minors
UUIM is mainly intended for adults. If you are under 18, use UUIM only with guardian consent and guidance. Children under 14 should obtain explicit guardian consent before using UUIM, unless local law sets a different standard.
10. Updates
We may update this Privacy Policy due to laws, regulations, product features, or third-party SDK changes. We will notify you through in-app notices, announcements, pop-ups, page updates, or other reasonable means.
